Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to requests for assistance via telephone and e-mail from customers experiencing problems with the software or system difficulties,
- Research and test as needed to assist in resolving customer issues.
- Document customer problems as required in the service request system and provide appropriate details/information.
- Be an advocate for customers by maintaining a proactive approach.
- Provide feedback on products and/or processes.
- Assist with testing of new software versions upon request.
Required Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot application software in a Windows environment.
- Excellent communication skills; this includes oral, written and listening skills.
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Property management or affordable housing experience is a plus
- An understanding of accounting practices is a plus
