Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to requests for assistance via telephone and e-mail from customers experiencing problems with the software or system difficulties,
  • Research and test as needed to assist in resolving customer issues.
  • Document customer problems as required in the service request system and provide appropriate details/information.
  • Be an advocate for customers by maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Provide feedback on products and/or processes.
  • Assist with testing of new software versions upon request.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to troubleshoot application software in a Windows environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; this includes oral, written and listening skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Property management or affordable housing experience is a plus
  • An understanding of accounting practices is a plus
