$75 | Conversion of properties with a HUD contract requires that all participating households HAP requests are approved and paid in full. If there are existing compliance or HAP issues, Bostonpost can be contracted to resolve the issues and, where applicable, recover unpaid subsidy amounts. This service includes research, coordination with HUD or the Contract Administrator, and any necessary programming services. Whether outstanding HAP issues are resolved by Bostonpost or the Customer, the conversion cannot be completed until all compliance and HAP issues are resolved. |
