Adding Property Level Information
Bostonpost will create all properties with requisite physical property descriptions, unit types, funding program details, and rent schedules.

Customizing Online Document Library
We will request samples of documents and forms used at all properties in order to customize your online document library. Documents and forms defined during the set-up process include: letterhead customized for each property, tenant applications, verification forms, move-in and move-out forms, recertifications, lease renewals, late notices, eviction notices, maintenance, inspections, internal company documents, and default regulatory documents.

Set Up Integrated Financials
(GL, AP)

Bostonpost will guide the process and steps required to transition GL and AP processing to Bostonpost Financials for all financial entities in your organization.
Tenant Data Entry Import from data files   No charge
Tenant information can be imported from the following data sources: HUD Manager, RHS Manager, MicroHUD/Rent, RentRoll, IPMS HUD Control, CAMS, IPMS Cornerstone, ACS Management Plus, and TRACS baseline file.
Manual data entry by Bostonpost staff

Training

Online - Individual Enrollment

Per student per hour

Students can independently attend regularly scheduled, online, instructor-led sessions. Each session varies in duration from 60 to 90 minutes.
Online - Group Training Per hour $100
Rather than individual enrollment, students from one customer can attend online, instructor-led training in one or more groups. The recommended group size is up to ten students.

Classroom Training

Per student per day $150
Classroom training at the Bostonpost location is based on our standard curriculum with some customization for each customer. The maximum class size is 10 students. The minimum classroom fee per day is $750.

 

Customer Support

Customer support services beyond standard support services bundled with monthly processing fees are billed on an hourly basis.  Examples of support requests that may be billable are: 

• Processing past due HAP vouchers

• Extraordinary assistance required to reconcile HAP vouchers

• Adding new documents to the document library

• Consulting on HUD, RD, and Tax Credit compliance issues

• Adding tenant certifications with an effective date prior to the property implementation date

• Merging or separating properties and related HUD contracts

• Adding or correcting property set up information, A/R processing options, correcting funding programs after 'live' processing has started

• Mapping and importing waitlist information

TRACS Processing

All stages of electronic HAP voucher processing can be outsourced to us. With this service, our experts will:

  • create and transmit monthly HAP vouchers and tenant changes electronically to your contract administrator(s) or HUD each month;
  • research and resolve TRACS errors returned and resubmit corrected information;
  • reconcile subsidy billing with subsidy payments and ensure accurate follow up on adjustments;
  • record subsidy payments; and
  • ensure that HAP voucher records are synchronized with your contract administrator to avoid recurring errors and payment delays.

(This service does not include Special Claims processing for vacancy or damages.)
