Bostonpost software and services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. A monthly fee based on the number of units processed covers unlimited user licenses, customer support, software maintenance, enhancements, and hosting services.

When you call with a problem, we understand the importance of resolving your issue quickly and professionally. Responsive Support ServicesWhen you call Bostonpost for assistance, your call will be answered by a receptionist who will help you connect to a support analyst. Most calls for assistance can be resolved immediately. If yours cannot, a support case will be opened and required resources will be assigned to research and resolve your issue and advise you of the status. |
| Software Maintenance | Bostonpost has designed a development process that enables rapid adoption of requested enhancements and resolution of reported issues along with our master development plan. This results in faster turn around on requested changes for our customers, but also requires frequent updates to the Bostonpost system. To handle this requirement, changes to the Windows portion of the software are automatically downloaded and installed at each user PC during each login process. Changes at the application server level are applied by Bostonpost. |
| Future Releases | Because your software is updated continuously, you will always have the most current release of the software. There is no additional cost for new features and enhancements. |
| Application Hosting | IT Infrastructure Bostonpost provides the IT infrastructure and support services necessary to maintain your application server and protect your information.
Backup Your property management data is stored on our dedicated servers - operating MS-SQL Server. To insure against data loss, all data is backed up twice each day and copied to tape for off-site storage. 24 / 7 Access Uninterrupted access to your data is guaranteed. We back up this guarantee with redundant systems at every possible failure point – from multiple high-speed T1 lines to automatic failover servers and RAID-5 disk arrays. Multiple Connection Options Connection to your hosted database is simple and convenient. You can access your database using any high speed Internet connection. Dial-up connections are supported but not recommended.
