Pricing: Monthly Fees


Bostonpost software and services are provided on a pay-as-you-go basis. A monthly fee based on the number of units processed covers unlimited user licenses, customer support, software maintenance, enhancements, and hosting services.

Property Management - Subsidized units $2.00 Per Unit Per Month
Property Management - Non-subsidized units $1.00 Per Unit Per Month
Work Order Management (optional) $.50 Per Unit Per Month
Financials - GL, AP Based on number of users
Notes:
The minimum monthly processing fee is $100 for each management company, not per property.
The maximum processing fee for any single property is $325 per month regardless of the number of units.

Unlimited Users Any number of users can access your hosted database using any Internet connection. The number of users does not change the monthly processing fee.
Customer Support

To help you maximize the investment you have made in our products and secure your long term relationship with us, Bostonpost provides unrestricted customer support for designated contacts with our hosted software. We understand the importance of resolving your issue quickly and professionally when you call with a problem.

Responsive Support Services

When you call Bostonpost for assistance, your call will be answered by a receptionist who will help you connect to a support analyst. Most calls for assistance can be resolved immediately. If yours cannot, a support case will be opened, and required resources will be assigned to research and resolve your issue and to advise you of its status.

Software Updates

Bostonpost has designed a development process that enables rapid adoption of requested enhancements and resolution of reported issues along with our master development plan. This results in faster turn-around for our customers' requested changes.

Software updates including regulatory changes, problem resolution, and all new software releases are included in the monthly fee. There will never be a charge for new versions of the software.

Software Enhancements Requested and approved feature enhancements, new reports, and application interfaces are included in the monthly fee. And, because software updates are published many times each year, customers do not have to wait long for requested changes to the software.
Application Hosting

IT Infrastructure Bostonpost provides the IT infrastructure and support services necessary to maintain your application server and protect your information.

Backup Your property management data is stored on our dedicated servers, operating Microsoft SQL Server. To insure against data loss, all data is backed up three times each day and duplicated to tape for off-site storage.

24 / 7 Access Uninterrupted access to your data is guaranteed. We back up this guarantee with redundant systems at every possible failure point – from multiple high-speed Internet providers to automatic failover servers and RAID-DP SAN arrays.

Multiple Connection Options Connection to your hosted database is simple and convenient. You can access your database using any high-speed Internet connection. Dial-up connections are supported but not recommended.
