All tenant references both personal and business are stored with the tenants history. Adding and updating tenant records is easy to maintain. Business contact information is stored in Property Managers’ central database; when common information is updated, all records that reference the information is updated. For example, if the local drug store changes its phone number, reference history to all tenants who use this drug store is updated automatically.
