When a LIHTC property is set up, Bostonpost Property Manager will ensure that community, building, unit, and tenant information is valid according to Section 42 LIHTC rules and monitor property management activities related to move-ins, available units, income limits, waitlist, and rent calculations to enforce tax credit compliance.
LIHTC compliance features include:
| Any number of income layers or set asides can be defined for a building or property. This provides the flexibility needed to track multiple subsidy programs for any property with one application. |

| Bostonpost Property Manager ensures compliance with LIHTC set asides and other defined subsidy programs by auditing user selections and actions. Move-ins, transfers, household member changes, and income changes are reviewed by the Compliance Engine and diagnostics are returned to the user. If any compliance tests fail, the action initiated by the user cannot be completed. |
