Bostonpost Property Manager® is designed to provide comprehensive support for all affordable housing programs (HUD, USDA, and LIHTC) and to simplify the business operations of property management companies working with these programs.

To accomplish this design goal, Bostonpost Property Manager® combines a web-based, intuitive user interface with a hosted SQL Server database. System Requirements:

Minimum PC Hardware and Software Requirements:

  • Windows XP or Vista or Windows 7.
  • Compatible version of MS Word.
  • 1 GB RAM.
  • 200 MB of free disk space.
  • Minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.
  • Windows compatible printer - duplex printing feature is recommended.
  • Internet connections should provide 64Kbit/Sec for each user with less than a 100ms connection delay for each round trip to the database server.  Most broadband cable and T1 providers can meet these specifications.  DSL providers may have higher connection delays.
