Bostonpost Property Manager starts storing contact information about people when an application is requested. As the application process progresses, additional information is added to the individual(s) as they evolve into a household.
| A permanent history about current and prior household members allows a rental agent to look up a new applicant to find out if there has been any contact with that person in the past as a tenant or an applicant on another property waitlist. |
The household view shows the status of the person or persons in that household and all related information along with a list of Tasks that may be completed. The view of a household changes to show only information and tasks that apply to that household. For example, the view of an existing tenant will not show the move-in task and the view of an inactive household will not show the move-in task until a new application has been processed.
