Getting Around In Bostonpost Property Manager®
Bostonpost Property Manager® is structured around the Windows method of navigation, allowing for increased ease of use among users familiar with the Windows model. Program features are easily accessed through drop-down menus, toolbars, right clicks, etc. Major tasks and views can be accessed through drop-downs, their corresponding icons or, in some cases, keyboard shortcuts.
Menus
Drop-down menus provide an intuitive roadmap to all application windows. Security settings control which menu items and information are available to each user.
Toolbar
Online Help
Another important Bostonpost Property Manager® navigational tool is the online help library. Most task menu choices have a yellow question mark icon next to them. Clicking this icon brings the user directly to that task's corresponding help section on the Bostonpost help site where information is displayed regarding the both the purpose of the task and its user instructions.
