Reminders

Bostonpost Property Manager® includes a fully-automated Reminders system that is used in place of "sticky notes" and hand-written memos. A Reminder can be sent to one person (e.g. to yourself) or to multiple people; it can require action by the recipient or be merely informative; it can be a one-time notice or recur at pre-set intervals.

Reminders:

  • Notify an assigned rental agent automatically of pending move-ins and turnovers;
  • Create one-time or recurring notices for yourself and others;
  • Generate email notices or require specific actions when completed;
  • Be scheduled for redelivery after a specified period of time has elapsed;
  • Require specific actions or processes;
  • Be dismissed after a required action has been processed or if no action was required.

To Do Lists

To keep track of important tasks, a To Do List for each user is available at all times. The To Do List provides shortcuts to the steps required to complete tenant move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.

Employee Tracking

See the whereabouts of employees at a glance with the Employee Tracking window. When remote site employees are out of the office, they can note when they expect to return and how to contact them while they are away.

The list of tracked employees shows their status as follows:

  • Out column: A black dot indicates the employee is out of the office.
  • Return column: A date indicates the employee's expected return date.
  • Notes column: A black dot indicates the existence of an explanatory note relating to the employee's absence -- click on the row to read the details.
