Unit Turnovers

Bostonpost Property Manager automatically flags unit turnovers so rental agents and maintenance staff can take action to minimize or avoid vacancy days.

When a tenant confirms a move-out date, his/her unit and scheduled move-out date is automatically included in the Unit Turnover view so the maintenance team knows they need to schedule a unit inspection, determine what turnover work is required, and provide a move-in or ‘ready' date to the rental agents.

Rental agents can see when units will be vacant and what units have no pending tenant assigned so they can get started on pre-certifying tenants to fill upcoming vacancies.
