Unit Turnovers

Bostonpost Property Manager® automatically flags unit turnovers so rental agents and maintenance staff can take action to minimize or avoid vacancy periods.

When a tenant confirms a move-out date, his/her unit and scheduled move-out date are automatically included in the Unit Turnover view, so the maintenance team knows they need to schedule a unit inspection, determine what turnover work is required, and provide a move-in or "ready" date to the rental agents.

Rental agents can see when units will be vacant and what units have no pending tenant assigned, so they can get started on precertifying tenants to fill upcoming vacancies.
